Capital Structure and Financial Performance of Quoted Manufacturing Firms in Nigeria

There is a divide of view on the relationship between capital structure and corporate financial performance. This study explored effects performance quoted manufacturing firms in Nigeria. The used panel least square multiple regression to examine secondary data gathered from 14 sampled organizations’ statements 2011 2020. null hypothesis that there no statistically significant link total-debt-to-total-equity return assets entities Nigeria was accepted. rejected second relating long-term-debt -to-total-assets. recommended management corporations are active stock market should strive increase their long-term-debt-to-total-assets so as improve business operations by extension, established beneficial companies.
